• Q. How many signals per week can I expect?

A. Generally you will receive between 1 and 5 signals per week

• Q. How long does a trade last?

A. Most trades last for 1-3 hours. After a trade closes we are watching the charts for the next entry signal to send you.

 

• Q. Do you only send us one trade at a time or do we sometimes have several trades open?

A. We only send one - two trades at a time. We do not send you another signal until after the previous trades have closed.

 

• Q. How many pips profit can I expect each month?

A. From our past performance you should earn anywhere from 100 pips to 500 pips in a month. There is no guarantee though as past performance is no guarantee of future performance.

 

• Q. How does the money management work?

A. We will provide training in our member's area. Basically we show you how to calculate your lot size required for each trade so that you only risk around 3% of your capital on a losing.

 

• Q. Am I locked into a contract term?

A. Absolutely not. You can cancel at any time.

 

• Q. Do you offer a free trial?

A. We are not offering Free Trials at this time. This was something we introduced temporarily when we first started this website but we may bring it back in the future.

• Q. Am I able to request a refund at any time?

A. No. We have a strict no refund policy. You may as well use our service for the next month as we do not send refunds for any reason.
